Our love of travel with family was our inspiration! We converted a duplex into a single family home with the intention of creating a unique space for families.

Casa Vista Granby is renovated to cater to large groups with its 11 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, large wrap-around deck with stunning views of the Rocky Mountains! Casa Vista Granby is situated 1 mile to the base of Ski Granby Ranch! Our home features a large open living area upstairs with an open floor plan that shares the kitchen and dining area to accommodate your entire group. We have 2 outdoor hot tubs, an indoor steam room, and plenty of rooms to bring extended family and friends. The kitchen has been updated with plenty of counter space for cooking, and all the tools to satisfy any chef. Outside you will find 2 grills, a gas fire pit for use year-round with a handicap accessible ramp. The 6 lower-level bedrooms have newly installed AC, and heat split units for precise temperatures. The primary heating and hot water are provided by 2 boilers, so you are backed up in case of any issues with a boiler. There are 10 thermostats controlling various bedrooms and living areas to ensure everyone has their perfect temperature. We highly recommend all-wheel drive and snow tires in the winter to ensure easy access in and out of the driveway. We keep tire chains, and a tow strap on-site to help if you arrive without snow tires.

Community Rules:
Trailers, campers, RV’s, boats are not allowed to be parked on the property for more than 24 hours.

All vehicles must be parked in driveway overnight.

ATV’s, dirt bikes, snow mobiles and any other off road motorized vehicles may not be driven on community roads or properties.

QUIET HOURS STRICTLY ENFORCED 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. daily.

Outdoor lights should be turned off by 9 p.m.

No wood fires on the property are allowed. Fireworks are NEVER permitted.
